Lysander "Sandy" Richmond IV

Lysander “Sandy” Richmond IV, 69, of Portland Maine passed away May 20, 2022 with his loved ones by his side. Sandy was born on December 30, 1952 in Stoneham, MA to Lysander and Martha Richmond. Sandy was known for his sense of adventure, quick wit, and passion for music. He was happiest on his sailboat and sharing his passion for the sport with others.

He is survived by his children: Eliza Richmond, Tyler Richmond (Michelle), and Allison Bradshaw (Travis); his siblings: Richard Richmond, Jane Guertin, Annie Long, and Rebecca Richmond; his grandchildren: Sawyer, Lucas, Brynn and Audrey.

Celebration of Life will be held at 3:30 PM on Thursday, May 26 at the A.T. Hutchins Funeral Home, 660 Brighton Ave, Portland. Family and friends are welcome to join us at DiMillo’s On The Water located at 25 Long Wharf, Portland following the service at 5:30pm.
